ELECTION OF GTCASA COMMITTEE
Please note that the Association's Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 11th September at St. Ignatius College starting at 2.15pm. Please ensure all students are prompt and in their session by 2pm so the Meeting can start on time. The venue
will be the Bellarmine Room on the ground floor where we normally hold our Parent Sessions during Saturday Club.

Election of Committee - Call for Nominations -

All Committee positions are declared vacant and candidates for the
GTCASA Committee should register their interest in nominating as soon as
possible but no later than Saturday 28th August 2010.
Please ensure,
if you wish to nominate a third party, that you have their permission
first.

We need more parents to take an active interest in the
Association so please think about nominating for Committee. We meet
usually on the first Tuesday of the month in term time only from 7pm and
always aim to conclude by 9pm.

If we are not able to enlist more parent support there is the real
threat of Saturday Club going into recess as our current Committee
resources are being strained to the limit currently.

Nominated candidates names will be available to members from Sunday 29th
August.
